Shipping policy

On the day booked for delivery you will receive a call from our delivery drivers between 9-10am letting you know an intended delivery time slot that day.
Upon paying a delivery fee, we commit to ensuring your product arrives in new condition as advertised to the chosen address. Where we deem accessible, we will deliver your item into the room of your choice. We do not commit to any furniture assembly, unboxing, removal of old furniture items or removal of any packaging from the delivery address.


We will do our absolute best to deliver to you at the agreed date and time however if your delivery is delayed by circumstances we deem to be out of our control, we hold no responsibility for repercussions of delivery delay and will offer no compensation of any kind.
