Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with any tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and your ID. Due to the nature of the size of our products we encourage you to be sure of your purchase before committing to buy. We do not accept returns based on change of mind only.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Delivery fees cannot be refunded.

There are some items that we cannot be returned (end of line items, mattresses,  ex floor stock, manchester, and others) so please choose carefully when purchasing these items.
